Life is Tough... For Good Reason
Our Weekly 2 Minute Read
There is a saying that goes gravitate to doing easy things, and you’ll have a hard life; gravitate to doing hard things, and you’ll have a easy life.
The more I think about it, the truer that statement becomes.
It takes time and effort to develop a skill in a certain field.
The harder that skill is, the more valuable you become.
The easier that skill is, the less valuable you become.
That’s why it is important to gravitate to doing hard things that can help you grow and develop.
The growth only comes when you do things that are difficult.
The more uncomfortable you are, the more you will grow.
The more you grow and become better mentally, physically and emotionally, the easier life gets.
A lot of people want to be successful, but not a lot of people want to do the things that successful people do.
In order to become successful, you have to be able to do something that most people can’t do like Shaq, or you have to do something that most people aren’t willing to do like Ray Kroc developing McDonalds.
Whichever path you decide to take, make sure you don’t shy away from difficulty.
If things are become difficult, it means that life is about to get easier for you.
If you shy away from the difficulties, life could get much harder later on.
